    Getting after it for smaller periods is smart. I am a day to day guy myself 😉 But weekly or 21 day or even month long commitments are the way to go because when you stick to these shorter time frames you gain confidence and clarity in your decisions. This helps you follow the long term approach, where the real habit changing occurs. Thanks much.


    • Hey Ryan, I always appreciate your comments on my blog. I’m kind of a day to day girl too. But there are definite habits in my programming. I have always written every day, so that one is easy to pick up and share, but sometimes others need to know how to create those daily habits. Thanks for chiming in. Lovin’ your new digs!
