Ladies...and gent,

May I add to this delicious display of delectable fare by saying, I understand about mashing those lovely eggs. I took a bowlful of perfect Hasty Acres eggs and made egg salad; it was dark yellow and yummier...than choco cake (a SMALL piece, anyway!)

There's a picture of these perfect eggs at trailsofnature.blogspot.com....for your viewing/drooling pleasure. LOL

Oh Oris,

And I saved you from being forced to blow that prego-harmone diet and eat a piece so you could abuse me... I'll be bringing cake - trust me, you'll be falling off the carb-wagon.

Jacqueline & Barbara, I'll post the recipe... Just so Oris can lose his girlish figure!

Jacqueline & Barbara,
The recipe you asked for doesn't exist here on this planet. LOL

Westchester eggs might be good, but I doubt they can comapre to the eggs produced on the Hasty Chicken Tracks Farm. Said farm is owned and operated buy Mrs.BB. This lady speaks a special language to her chickens.

You're cruel! Transitioning from a decadent chocolate cake to eggs (no matter how perfect). In order to rectify this, please e-mail me the cake recipe.

Hey guys I'm here in Westchester and I get great eggs at Whole Foods or even at Stop and Shop there are organic free range eggs. An egg like that would be with its brothers and sisters mashed into egg salad at my house.:) We like it warm too!

When you pass by a herd of llama standing knee deep in mushy river-bottom flood plain and know the only thing grosser than the way they smell in hot muck is camel dung in the desert, it just takes you places.

As for the eggs, Ron, surely you JEST. I've read your descriptions of a coffee pot! Beware, be very aware, I know where you blog!

Well Ron, we're a strange bunch we Acewriters; we're working on money beds next...soon as we find out how the llamas fare. Maybe some of the Hasty Acres fertilizer might kick off the former.

What are llama beds? You plant llama seeds and grow llamas? That would be more than the perfect egg. Unfortunately I don't take the time to examine hard boiled eggs, they seem to just land automatically in my mouth.

Good post
