Marketing Through Email - Email Campaign Strategies

Posted by admin | Auto Responders, FREE Gifts, Marketing | Saturday 19 September 2009 2:13 pm

I’ve been asked recently,  how email campaign strategies help market product. The answers come with specific reasoning. If your customers don’t know about your product, they won’t buy it. By sending out emails, your customers have an opportunity to know about your product and use the products to meet their needs.

Here are five purposes of marketing through email - with suggested campaign strategies:

1 - Tell them about your product. Offer critiques or reviews of your product via email with a direct link to the product. One click sells!

2 - Tell them what others think of your product. Accolades often sell a product better than a sales campaign. Tell your readers what other people think of your product by sharing their words in a quick email. Add a direct link to the product.

3 - Tell your readers a story. Yes, you can include your product, but make the story interesting enough they’ll click to find out more information, without a sales pitch.

4 - Give your readers information about your products. Sometimes, they just need to know what it’s used for, give them some great examples of how your product benefits others.

5 - Provide incentives to your customers for trying new products. Giving bonus buys for new product purchases is an awesome way to increase sales without decreasing prices. Give your readers something special to benefit their purchase.

Added incentive marketing campaigns work. Be sure to benefit your reader with more than they expect to receive and they’ll be happy as clams in clam shells.

Learning to promote and market yourself often means doing things you see as “unnecessary” or “unusual” because they’re different. That’s okay - you need to do those things too.

Building buttons and banners that send people to your website to buy what you sell is always a good thing - it’s called targeted marketing. Doing so with Buttons and Banners means you get double the exposure.

SEO Gratification will make them recognize your value and bring you on board without the hunt and pick selection system most marketers are forced to use when they start marketing their business online.

Traffic Drivers with a Purpose

Resource Box Winners Drive Massive Numbers of Click Through Traffic

Over the past week, I’ve noticed a lot of boring resource boxes that do not compel me to click and some actually diverted my attention to some other topic. That’s not what you want to do.

The purpose of a resource box is to drive more traffic to your website and compel them to click on your informative article links. You’ll want them to stick around and read but sub-titles can keep them reading.

How do you create a traffic driving resource box?

Entice them, comfort them, and tell them what to do. Those three little keys will bring your traffic home.

First you bring them in with a warm inviting introduction to the solution coming. It’s easy, just ask them a question that gives them that warm fuzzy feeling.

Second you make them feel good. Give them some comfort food for thought, a cozy warm place to sit and a blanket to keep them warm.

Third you tell them to put their feet up and read your blog, sign in for a FREE subscription, or buy your product. They like being told what to do. Seriously, who wants to make a decision?

How do you get them to the resource box?

An interesting informative article that offers a solution for the problems your readers are having will bring your readers through the article to the point at which you can entice them further.
People online are looking for entertainment, solutions and friendship. There’s really a lot of pain in the world. People need to escape. Show your reader that you can give them what they want and solve their problems. Be a friend to your reader. Write in comfortable “tea time cozies” that your readers will understand, without getting out their dictionary. People want to know what you’re saying and feel good reading it.

Ezine Publishing - Marketing Style & Clarity

Posted by admin | Marketing, Resources | Sunday 19 April 2009 12:35 am

Ezine Publishing – Design a Winning Ezine Format with Marketing Emphasis & Style

Everybody wants to publish an amazing Ezine, it’s a natural desire for any Internet Marketer.

The Bio-Generic varieties of ezines don’t always have the most accessible formats, and those Organic Model Formats aren’t so easy to work with. Besides, they’re ugly. So, what’s a marketer to do?

Step back, load up a “Wonder Designer Ezine Format” and watch it work!

Well, that would be nice if there was such a thing, but there really isn’t. So, the next best thing is to design your own highly-visible working model and see what comes from that. If you follow these steps your Ezine will be just as powerful and exciting as any other, and it will be easier for your email readers to open and read.

Stick with Plain Text

Html formats are cute, stylish, and colorful, but you want to be OPENED. The rest of those adjectives just don’t mean anything if your Ezine doesn’t get opened. Stick with plain text and give your reader some serious credit for having a brain.

Don’t overload the Email Box

Cut the readers some slack. Too many emails just overwhelm the reader and don’t really accomplish the task you want to accomplish, so STOP sending JUNK. Send the good stuff, send it frequently, but don’t overdo it, and give your readers some time to enjoy what you do send.

Be Gracious NOT Pushy

It’s wonderful to extend an invitation to your reader and give them the option of attending your marketing event, but STOP pushing. If their answer is NO, leave it alone, they probably have a reason. Let them say no to this one and give them another opportunity later. No is an answer too.

Short is SWEET

Keep the email Ezine short and sweet. Offer links to longer articles and include a link to your blog where your MAIN information SHOULD be anyway. Give the reader a choice and let them make it without you harping at them.

Focus on Topic

Seriously, there are times for you to be open and unending on topic discussions, but your Ezine isn’t one of those times. Stay on topic, only one topic per Ezine, and focus please.

300 – 500 words really is long enough for your Ezine. Your reader has other things to do, and you probably would like to have a response. Give the reader credit for time spent on your website and tell them you appreciate them stopping by.

Do you have an Ezine to publish and really need help creating it?

Stop by http://acewriters.com and ask one of the writers there to help you create your Ezine, or join one of the writer groups for more information and help with your Ezine. You’ll have ample opportunity for building a quality Ezine with all the writer help you could find anywhere, right there at ACE Writers.

Organic Marketing – Moving to the Top of the SEO Heap Naturally

Whether you pay for your web site marketing or do it yourself, it’s always best to have some natural – organic style marketing in your corner. So, what, you may ask, is organic marketing? Let’s have a go at describing organic marketing.

Marketing Organically on the Internet means using keywords and keyword phrases that organically, or naturally, bring your website to the top of the Google search engine without “buying” your way up. For instance, if your latest, greatest keyword phrase is “candy marketing ideas” and your website has something to do with candy, then you might write a blog post titled Candy Marketing Ideas, and several articles with those same words in the title, such as:

1 – 10 Marketing Ideas for Candy Making Business

2 – Delicious Candy Marketing Ideas

3 – Candy Marketing Ideas for Beginners

All these articles would have a link to your website in the resource box, driving business your way. Then you would also want to post each of these in your website/blog, to promote your Candy Making Business. The bio marketing results of organic marketing strategies is that your website, links and articles become the top listed results for the keyword phrases you’ve chosen.

If the keyword phrases you’ve chosen are searched for, by your specific marketing niche, you’ve got a winning traffic driver for your market. To get results for your marketing efforts, you need to be sure your specific niche of buyers is looking for those specific terms when they search online.

A good marketing survey will tell you what words are being searched online, but you’ll need more detailed results to know if your specific market is searching for those same words. Ask them.

When a customer calls, or you get an email from your customers, ask them what they search for when they search the internet. The alternative to asking them is to play with the words you use when you’re writing articles. If you write an article that gets dramatic results quickly, but no signatures on your Ezine Subscriber form – chances are nobody who is searching for that topic is looking for YOU. If you get a lot of subscribers, you’ve hit pay dirt! Keep Digging.

Internet Marketing Results from Bio Marketing brings organic recognition to your website with keyword phrase (or Brand) recognition. Driving the market your way means success.

The most powerful resources on the Internet cannot possibly drive more traffic your way than you can magnetically attract using your own good judgment and business development skills once you know the basics. Online Marketing Strategies can be learned easily and effectively when you have an instructor who has the skills to teach.

Move your business to the top of the search engine with organically grown marketing strategies you’ll learn at http://advertizeyourbusiness.com and get FREE Access to Internet Marketing Tools and Strategies you’ll use every day.
